Samsung Galaxy S5 – data recovery without unlocking possible?

Hi Guys,

I've got a question on behalf of a good friend who is in the following situation:

  1. She has a Galaxy S5, it has set up with NEM fingerprint.
  2. She does not know her alternate password, nor with which Gmail they set up the mobile phone has (quote "I could not know that I need that again")
  3. It is a laboratory assistant and has been cut to work on a piece of glass the thumb - of Thank God the only registered finger ... irony off

Now to the problem: To my knowledge, I do not come so the data ran as itself can be accessed on the PC via USB only on the phone when the phone is unlocked (not yet have the phone in hand had but so ist's with my S6 Edge also released).
Madame would of course still like to save their data "There are so many photo's it .... and all SMS and What's app Nachichten ..." After all the contacts stored on the Sim she says.

Do you have ne solution as I data (possibly z.T.) still can secure for them?

best regards!

go with a proof of ownership to the dealer and unblock there, or wait until the cut has healed again.

Hello Haakon,

The section of the "fast" again healed so that the thumbprint "usable" is more than improbable since the wound is very tough ...

Eigentumsnachweiß and then to the dealer - is proof of purchase or contract with IMEI number should be enough right?

Thank you as far as for the help!

Hello Master_3!

So, here I must now admit that I have understood earlier wrong.

We can not answer questions because of forgotten / too often inputted unlock and forgotten passwords.
can on a forum not be clear whether you or your girlfriend really the owner / in the phone are.

A tip for the future:
To increase your chances of success in terms of the restoration of your account, it is to exploit as many ways as possible is important.
Google now has to at some options that you can select in the following link. Of course, applies in this case, the more the better!

If you that may not help, can you like to have the assistance of our Eric View.

If you do not help these solutions, we can only recommend you to go with your mobile and with your proof of ownership (bill) to a dealer and to unlock your phone there.

That's why I close here now.
